1. I
   Per-transaction ceiling

   5.00 USDC

   No single payment from the agent may exceed this amount. Hard stop, no override.
2. II
   Daily disbursement cap

   25.00 USDC / 24h

   The agent's total outflow in any rolling 24-hour window is bound.
3. III
   Cooldown between payments

   5 sec

   Minimum interval between successive outbound transactions. Currently zero, so the agent fires on demand.
4. IV
   Recipient allowlist

   any address

   When populated, the agent may only transact with addresses on the list. Empty means unbounded.
